1. Electronic Material:
Our email drill packets will be sent via email from admin@cybertown.net usually within 4-6 hours after payment for the item has been received.

2. DVDs and Scorebooks:
We ship via USPS (US Post Office) for these materials. All materials are sent first class and generally will ship within 12-24 of payment. If you would like to expediate shipping, please let us know. Every effort will be made to get the materials to you as quickly as possible.

We do offer shipment overseas via US Post Office Global Priority Mail. Shipping times vary and we will d our best to keep you informed on progress of your overseas shipment at all times.
